1. Information We Collect
When you purchase a digital product from Aynish IT, we collect necessary transactional information: your full name, email address, phone number (for UPI notifications), and billing reference.
We do not collect or store raw payment credentials (credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords). All payment card details are tokenized and processed directly by our RBI-licensed payment gateway, Razorpay.
2. How Your Information is Used
- Generating and verifying your product entitlement licenses.
- Delivering transactional order confirmation receipts and tax invoices.
- Authorizing secure digital downloads from our private vault.
- Notifying you of critical version updates, security patches, or errata for purchased items.
3. Data Security & Storage
Your account records and order items are stored in secure PostgreSQL databases protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only authenticated requests matching your unique identity token can query your private licenses and download activity.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted infrastructure providers for specific operational functions:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited: Payment processing in INR.
- Supabase Inc.: Managed PostgreSQL database, authentication, and encrypted object storage.
- Resend / Transactional SMTP: Email delivery of purchase receipts.
