Because all products sold on Aynish IT are digital goods (including downloadable source code repositories, eBooks, video lessons, and digital licenses) that are delivered instantaneously and irrevocably upon payment verification, our refund policy reflects the non-tangible nature of these assets.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
We gladly process refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you inadvertently purchase the same product twice for the same account, contact us within 7 days with your order references for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
- Verified Technical Failure: If a downloadable archive or video file is corrupted and we cannot provide a functioning replacement within 48 hours of notification.
- Payment Gateway Double Charges: If your bank account or UPI was charged multiple times during an erroneous network drop.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be granted simply because you changed your mind after downloading the complete source code or viewing the course masterclass lessons. Please review our free previews, curriculum details, and technology stack prerequisites prior to ordering.
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay back to your original source payment method (UPI, bank account, or card). Standard bank processing takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your statement.
