Aynish IT is an independent digital storefront operated directly by the creator and author of the software, educational masterclasses, and design resources listed on this website. This website is not a multi-vendor marketplace.
2. Licensing & Usage Rights
Upon successful server verification of your payment, Aynish IT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial developer license to use the purchased digital assets:
- You may use code templates, boilerplates, and CLI utilities to build unlimited personal or client commercial projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publish the raw source files or course materials as a standalone competing product.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are denominated and processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Price calculations are executed strictly in integer paise on our backend server. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time prior to checkout confirmation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Digital assets and educational materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Aynish IT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
